In person purchase/pick up

In person pickup:
To collect your pass in person please visit our ticket office at our outdoor Village Ticket Admin Building. Winter Hours of Operation here >>.

• masks are mandatory
• please abide by physical distancing best practices by remaining 2 metres away from other patrons
• stickers will be laid out on the ground to indicate appropriate distancing
• hand sanitizer will be available upon entering and exiting the ticket office
• we will continue to sanitize pens and surfaces after each use
• we will limit the number of people permitted inside our ticket office

Pass collection will be available on mountain in the Village Ticket Admin Building.
If you are 18 and under, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver before any pass can be issued. This signature must be witnessed by a Big White ticket agent.
