- Minimum age is 21 yrs to rent a unit.
- Exception: Minimum age is 25 yrs to rent a Bullet Creek Cabin and/or a Towering Pines unit.
- Exception: Minimum age is 24 yrs to rent a Grizzly Lodge unit.
- Exception: To rent a Stonebridge Lodge unit each adult must be over the age of 23, except in a family group containing multiple generations of related individuals.
- Minimum night policy for bookings made prior to September 1, 2021 = 5 night minimum (2 night minimum November 24 to December 18, 2021 & March 20 to April 9, 2022).
- Bookings made on or after September 1, 2021 = 2 night minimum.
- Exception: December 19, 2021 to January 2, 2022 = 5 night minimum.
- Exception: February 18 - 20, 2022 = 3 night minimum.
- Exception: March 11 to 19, 2022 = 3 night minimum.
